The University Co-op is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization benefitting the current students, faculty, and staff of the University of Texas at Austin, and as such, we limit our giving to directly support those beneficiaries. Donations can be requested here.

+HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Email our team at email@example.com. We can make changes to orders as long as they haven’t shipped.
+WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Orders shipped to physical addresses will be emailed tracking information from UPS. Unfortunately tracking information isn’t available to orders shipped to PO boxes.
+How fast will my order be ready for pick up in store?
Orders are usually ready for pick up within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s ready for pick up.
+Where do I pick up my order if I selected in store pick up at check out?
Orders to be picked up in store are available at the weborder pick up counter on the Academic Floor of the Austin location.
+What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.
